Shotday
A weekly GLP-1 tracker that lives on your phone — and nowhere else.
Shotday helps people on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound stay on top of the five things that actually matter on a weekly shot routine: injection sites, side effects, dose escalation, protein intake, and refills. There is no account system, no cloud, and no analytics. Your data is written to your device and never leaves it.
What it does
- Rotate injection sites. A stylized body diagram suggests next week's site so you don't bruise the same spot twice.
- 20-second side-effect log. Rate nausea, fatigue, constipation, and appetite on a 1–5 scale. Add custom symptoms.
- Protein-first food log. A daily protein target with one-tap presets — yogurt, eggs, chicken, whey, salmon, tofu.
- Dose escalation ladder. Standard semaglutide and tirzepatide ladders built in, with eligibility tracking.
- Refill alarm. Counts down doses per pen and warns you 7 days before you'd run out.

Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Locally, on your iPhone, in the app's encrypted sandbox via AsyncStorage. There is no Shotday server. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. If you delete the app, the data is gone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Shotday, then Cancel. You can also cancel directly inside Shotday: tap the gear icon → Subscription → Manage subscription. Apple handles the cancellation; we never see your payment details.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Shotday charge, and tap "Request a Refund."
I lost my data when I switched phones. Can you restore it?
We can't — your data only lives on the original device, and we don't have a server copy. To migrate next time, set up your new iPhone using an encrypted iCloud or iTunes/Finder backup of the old phone, which restores the app's local storage along with everything else. We're working on an optional, encrypted, on-device export for a future release.
Does Shotday give medical advice?
No. Shotday is a tracking tool, not a medical device. Always consult your prescribing physician before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
I'm not on Ozempic / Wegovy / Mounjaro / Zepbound. Can I use Shotday?
Yes — you can enter a custom drug name and dose. The dose-escalation ladder is built around semaglutide and tirzepatide, so other medications won't get the ladder feature, but injection logging, side-effect tracking, protein, and refills all still work.
