Yes. Shot, food, symptom, dose, refill, history, and weight tracking stay free. Shotday Pro is optional: 14-day trial, then $4.99/month or $29.99/year for concierge, reports, milestones, and alerts.
Locally, on your iPhone, in the app’s encrypted sandbox. There is no Shotday server. Nothing is uploaded. If you delete the app, the data is gone.
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Shotday → Cancel. Or inside Shotday: Settings tab → Subscription → Manage subscription. Apple handles payment. We never see your card.
We can’t — we don’t have a copy. Migrate with an encrypted iCloud or Finder backup of the old phone, which restores local storage. An on-device export is in Settings today.
Enter a custom drug name and dose. The dose ladder is built for semaglutide and tirzepatide; logging, symptoms, protein, and refills still work for other GLP-1s.
No. It is a tracking tool, not a medical device. Always consult your prescribing physician before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find the Shotday charge, and tap Request a Refund.
iOS Settings → Notifications → Shotday. Turn on Allow Notifications, Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners. Check Focus modes if alerts are silenced.
