Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shotday iOS application (“Shotday”, “the App”) provided by the Shotday team (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Shotday is offered through the Apple App Store. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the App. These Terms are additional and supplement that EULA; in case of direct conflict, Apple’s EULA controls.
1. Not medical advice
Shotday is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device, not approved by the FDA or any regulator, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information shown in the App — including suggested injection sites, dose-escalation ladders, and protein targets — is for informational purposes only and is built from publicly available manufacturer guidance and general nutrition guidelines. Always consult your prescribing physician before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or dose. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You agree that you are solely responsible for any health decisions you make and that we are not liable for outcomes that result from those decisions.
2. Subscriptions
Shotday offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Shotday Pro. Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. The following Apple-mandated subscription terms apply:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price unless you change your selection in your Apple ID Account Settings.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Use the App to transmit malware or otherwise interfere with the security of the App or other users.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or any subscription entitlement.
4. Intellectual property
The App, including its name, icon, design, copy, source code, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App under these Terms.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives at www.spinwheelgo.com/shotday/terms.html. Material changes will be flagged in the App.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If you reside outside the United States, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may also apply and are not waived by this section.
